About

Why STM for your work…

STM started in 2006, while I was getting my degree in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis in Vehicle Dynamics. I’ve helped several people win overall number 1 plates road racing in the MRA and USBA, and a lot more go faster and be safe. I’ve also worked extensively in the offroad arena, setting up suspension to handle what we deal with out here in the Rockies. I’ve changed ride height (lowered and raised) many motorcycles to better serve their riders and intended purpose. (Not to mention a little race car and bicycle suspension work…)

Prior to STM, I was active duty in the US Army.

Before that, I spent 15 years earning a living as a mechanic in some very nice bicycle shops.

Lately I worked for a bit as a Research and Development Engineer for a bicycle manufacturer. Our team was an amazing group of people. So don’t be surprised to see my on a bicycle, or my Aprilia Tuono, or in the dirt, or on the supermoto at IMI.
